With a range of classes for all ages, Island Summit Personal Training has something for everyone! Join one of our classes and enjoy either one-to-one training or workout with a group of friends in our group coaching sessions. We have boot camps in the morning or evening for adults and children, so whether you need to tighten up those hips and thighs or want to achieve an overall better level of fitness, there is a program that is customized just for you.

Trigger Point Therapy is a way of accessing trigger points in the body to unlock scar tissue and adhesions in the muscles to relax and gain mobility.
