KIDS Healthy for Life FUN Bootcamp - ages 10 to 13
Monday and Wednesday 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Location: OUTSIDE at Rutherford School Field
April 7th to June 23rd
23 classes @ $10/class plus gst = $241.50

Enjoy FUN group drills geared to improve cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility.
Learn how to do exercises properly to improve team sports, learn nutrition tips and about foods that fuel your body. Bring a friend and come out and have some fun!!

TEENS Healthy for Life Bootcamp – ages 14 to 16

Location: Outside at Wellington High School field
April 6th to May 27th

ABS/CORE Class
Monday and Wednesdays, 6:30pm – 7pm. STARTING July 5th to August 30th.
Classes will be 30 minutes and I will take a maximum of 4 people per class.
Location will be at Island Summit Studio.
A 30 min class geared to strengthen the core and abdominals to help eliminate lower back pain
- Build a stronger body
- Make everyday activities easier
- All levels of Fitness welcome
