If you need a nudge in the right direction, this is a great way to do it. In just six weeks you'll learn and use nutrition, wellness, motivational and exercise tips.

The Getting Results Program
Know you need to make some lifestyle and nutritional changes, but aren't sure where to start? This 24-week program includes a supported Internet program you can use from your home.

One-on-One Programs
Designed to suit your needs, choices include:

  • Couple Training
  • 3 Person Groups
  • One-on-One Training
  • Sport Specific Training
  • Partner Training: Motivate each other while having fun
  • Postural Analysis: Correcting muscle imbalance
